Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge via USPS Priority Mail.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. Csilla, Inc. is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Csilla, Inc. is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
Csilla, Inc. is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Csilla Jewelry. If your order is sent back to our office by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

All orders received after 3:30 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next day, provided that the item is in stock. Orders placed on Friday after 3:30 PM, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, provided that the item is in stock. Orders placed during a Holiday will be shipped he next business day.
All fine jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. Full advance payment by customer is required before order go into production. If an item is not in stock, fine jewelry orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Rush order is available for an additional fee. If you require a rush order, please email at email@example.com along with your order number. Your credit card will be charged accordingly for the additional rush fee.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Csilla, Inc. reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Csilla Jewelry.
