Orders can be placed online at www.csillajewelry.com, or via telephone; 1 (800) 397-9931.
All orders received after 3:30 PM Eastern Time will be shipped the next day, provided that the item is in stock. Orders placed on Friday after 3:30 PM, Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday, provided that the item is in stock. Orders placed during a Holiday will be shipped he next business day.
All fine jewelry orders are custom cast and made to order in the US. Full advance payment by customer is required before order go into production. If an item is not in stock, fine jewelry orders take approximately 4-6 weeks to produce and ship. Rush order is available for an additional fee. If you require a rush order, please email at info@csillajewelry.com along with your order number. Your credit card will be charged accordingly for the additional rush fee.
Please note that once an order has been placed, we are not able to modify or cancel your order. Csilla, Inc. reserves the right to refuse sales or cancel orders placed by a customer in violation of the site’s terms or as otherwise determined by Csilla Jewelry.
Domestic shipping (excluding Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico) is free of charge via USPS Priority Mail.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. Shipping for international orders will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
We ship internationally via USPS Priority Mail International. Csilla, Inc. is not responsible for the payment of any duties, taxes or other fees assessed to international shipments and Csilla, Inc. is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally.
Csilla, Inc. is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves Csilla Jewelry. If your order is sent back to our office by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.
It is very important to us to constantly update and present the most accurate information on our website. However, the information may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. Csilla, Inc. reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order). Csilla, Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price that might have occurred in error even in case your order has already been placed and your credit card charged.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Amazon Pay and American Express and PayPal. We do not accept checks or money orders. Full payment is due before any order is processed and produced.
Csilla, Inc. fine jewelry is hand or machine stamped with our logo or size number. As these products are hand stamped, please note that there may be slight imperfections in the stamping.
All sales are final. Returns are for store credit only. Items must be returned within 14 days of your receipt of the item in its original box and unworn. You must contact us via email at info@csillajewelry.com if you want to return an item. Our customer representative will have to issue a return label in order for your item to be returned. If your replacement item is in stock, it will be shipped within 5-7 days from the time we received your return. In case your item will have to be produced, it will take 2-3 weeks to ship out your replacement item. Please do not send back your item if you have not contacted us and you have not received your return label prior. Please check out our Return and Exchange Policy instructions. Certain fine jewelry link chains may be exchanged in Csilla Jewelry’s discretion within 30 days of purchase, subject to a 20% stocking fee. You are responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are not responsible for any pieces not purchased directly from Csilla, Inc. (Csilla Jewelry online).
FINE JEWELRY:
Alterations to your Csilla, Inc. fine jewelry or repairs, should be requested by calling (800) 397-9931 or emailing info@csillajewelry.com. The customer is responsible for the cost of the repair as well as the shipment, unless it is within 30 days of purchase and it has been determined that there is an issue with the product.
Any promotions offered by Csilla, Inc. will state the time frame in which they can be used, along with any other limitations or excluded products. Csilla, Inc. reserves the right to alter or cancel any promotion without notice. All promotions have a limited timeframe.
Csilla, Inc. provides images of each item on the Site and strives to show most accurate details including colors and sizes. However, online images may vary across digital screens and mobile devices. Product imagery may be subject to change without notice. All products are shot to show as much detail as possible, some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size. Please note that the images are for visual reference only. The actual jewel may vary slightly in shape, size, and color from what is pictured including the quantity of diamonds on some of the items as they may change depending on the size.
Our website will detail the description of each item from actual size, carat or weight. All total carat weight provided is estimated and can be within .05 carats of the stated weight. Carat weight for standard size rings is based on a US size 7. Pinky or midi rings are based on a US size 4.

You agree that Csilla, Inc. shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. You acknowledge that Csilla, Inc. reserves the right to deactivate accounts, cancel orders, and/or refuse to accept orders from users that violate the Terms or for such other reason as determined by Csilla Jewelry.

The Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Csilla, Inc, superseding any other agreements or understandings between you and Csilla, Inc. The Terms and the relationship between you and Csilla, Inc. shall be governed by the laws of Florida.
